Meet Maura

I am Dene from Tulita in the Northwest Territories. I work on the unceded and traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh peoples.

I am committed to empowering others.  My goal is to meet you where you are at. We will work together to reduce your pain and increase your resiliency, making use of both my own lived experience and the learnings gained through earning my Masters in Social Work.

On my days off you will find me at the soccer field with my 5 energetic boys, walking in nature and taking care of my own spiritual, ceremonial and healing needs.

Working Together

We will weave together traditional and cultural teachings with therapeutic modalities to help you heal, recover and become even stronger than you thought possible.

I am what I choose to become."
